In the last four years, G.R.O.W.T.H. NC has made significant strides in community outreach and empowerment. Our efforts include providing over 550 hours of free tutoring to young girls, supplying essential school materials to over 500 students, and mentoring more than 50 girls aged 4-18. We've awarded four scholarships to college students pursuing careers in education, STEM, and the performing arts, as well as granted scholarships for dance classes and summer camp experiences to five and six young girls, respectively. Additionally, our organization has conducted various workshops on topics such as self-esteem and healthy habits. These achievements are a testament to the dedication of our Management Team, mentors, and volunteers, who generously contribute their time and resources. A special acknowledgment goes to our founders, whose visionary leadership and clear purpose have paved the way for G.R.O.W.T.H. NC's impactful initiatives in nurturing the potential of young girls within the community.
