We Are G.R.O.W.T.H.
G.R.O.W.T.H., an acronym for Girls Rising Over What They Hear, is a non-profit organization co-founded by Asha Freeland and Taylor Dorsey-Flowers, both natives of Durham and lifelong friends. United by a shared passion for uplifting young girls and contributing to their community, G.R.O.W.T.H. is committed to supporting girls on their journey through youth and young adulthood. The organization's mission is centered on reaching, inspiring, supporting, and empowering young girls.

G.R.O.W.T.H. aims to establish mentorship relationships, laying the foundation for personal and educational growth through workshops that focus on both education and the arts. Each mentee will be paired with a mentor, providing opportunities to engage in virtual and in-person activities. Additionally, G.R.O.W.T.H. will offer free tutorial services and educational resources for mentees and interested families.
