Gentlemen Rising Over What They Hear (G.R.O.W.T.H.) is a structured mentorship and leadership development initiative designed to support middle and high school males through social-emotional learning (SEL), character development, career exposure, and hands-on skill building. Guided by dedicated male mentors who lead by example, participants develop leadership skills, build strong character, and gain the confidence to rise above negative narratives while making a positive impact in their schools, families, and communities.
